The Learning curve and understanding your dynamics, gifts, weakness, strengths, memory, patience, drive, ambitions, the more you learn the more of an asset you become for your clients or employer.
It is true that in business, the motivation to get things done is more likely when greed is involved. When I do this, maybe the boss will give me a raise. Honestly, I have also been motivated by the same thought myself. But, I have also thought that if I don't get something done, maybe I will lose my job. The greatest motivation seems to be tied to having enough cash and living well.
Your surroundings have a big impact on you. How can you think
and grow rich if you're bombarded with messages that relates
"how difficult life has become" or "how poor most of us has turned out to be?"
For Example:
Manager or team player. The ego title means nothing it’s the goals and success levels you achieve that matters.
The top Manger of a 4th division team won’t earn any where near the average premiership player.
High street bank manger doesn’t earn as much as the average broker at Wall Street.
Manager at a Leyton based housing agency wont earn as much as an agent based in Westminster
God gives you a family, colleagues or friends to practise your skills to what lies ahead out there in the world. Jealousy, negative energy, backstabbing, mis-communication, mis management, false information, idleness, etc etc all the things you need to experience to run a successful business.
The difference is with family and friends you can continue relationships if you choose to and still have a happy relationship.
In business it could be the death of your financial career.
Each new generation brings with them advanced skills that will move the next generation even farther along than they are. It is not with envy that I write about this, but with gratitude and acknowledgement of their existence.
Remember no one will make you rich its you that has to make yourself rich. Get to work and we’ll see you at the top.

Remember this phrase: Beliefs distort how you view the world.
What you believe could be a lie and what you think is not could be the truth.So seek to find
out yourself because most wealthy people know the truth to really how it is in the world.
Your surroundings have a big impact on how you think. How can you think
and grow rich if you're bombarded with messages that relates to "how difficult life has
become" or "how poor most of us has turned out to be?" No matter where you live or how
bad your situation is you can break out of that cycle and become a successful individual.
But first you have to believe in yourself and you have to start moving forward and NEVER give
up no matter how long it takes.
You can't change your environment, but you certainly can
Control the way you think and that in turn will force you to put yourself in a rich thinking
Environment.
We at MO-AM didn’t get much help in setting up the company but we worked hard at
educating and training ourselves on the industry creative roles we aspired to be.
If the media can indirectly influence you just by reporting what's happening around,
imagine what impact successful everyday people have on you. These are
the people that you see and meet everyday. These are also the same people
who are expressing their own views of what is right and what is wrong.
No matter what it is you want to be, there is always someone that has somehow
travelled down that road. So seek for information on how to get started.
Things may take time but that’s always been the best way. Quick get rich schemes
rarely ever work.They are just there to try and make money for someone else.
Everyone has a dream and everyone can follow and live it if they are wiling to do
what it takes to make it a reality. Being You Is Being The Future.
